I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone who may need a Primary Care without hesitation. He and his staff have always been very efficient and extremely pleasant and we invariably end up leaving his office with smiles, if not chuckles! We've never had to wait long either in the waiting room or to get an appointment. I've always felt fully educated about whatever situation may be going on thanks to Dr. Freeman and his staff and they've always been wonderful with follow-ups. Great experience all around! He's a keeper! Best Doctor Ever! I have lived on the West Coast in California, on the East Coast in New Jersey, in the Midwest in Michigan and in the South in Tennessee, but Dr. Freeman in Yuma, Arizona is the best doctor I've ever had! I really appreciate it that he gives patients his cell phone number and schedules same-day appointments when needed. He even makes house calls. He saved my daughter's life when he was able to give emergency care, IV fluids and medicines, in his office so we didn't have to wait to be triaged at the hospital ER. Thank you for saving my life and helping me become a healthier person every day! I highly recommend Dr. Freeman. Wonderful doctor, fantastic human being. Backed you my a friendly and efficient staff. Spends as much time as necessary, listens to what I say, makes sure I understand what he is saying. I highly recommend Dr. Freeman. Was everything I have been looking for in a doctor. Best doctor in town! Doctor Freeman is always there when you need help 24/7 by phone or he will make room for you in his office if you need to see him. He talks to you! not down to you! he is a very friendly person. The family is very thank full for his help!! In time of need I give DR Freeman an A. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to see the DR. but I don't mind at all because I know the reason for the wait. When I go in to see Dr. Freeman I am NEVER rushed or hurried out of the office. Dr. Freeman will take as much time as needed to insure i have had the proper care and that i have no unanswered questions. That is invaluable as a patient. So on those days i may have to wait an extra 30 minutes or so i know that someone is getting excellent care and i will receive the same treatment. I have never had a Dr. like Dr. Freeman. He is a very special man that really cares about me and any health issues i may have. Being a nurse by profession i can say that i do not see many Dr. as caring as he is. His staff is friendly, courteous, and professional and always calls to confirm my next appt. I love that! Al in all I rate him and his staff number 1!!! The Dr. and Staff are excellent. The Dr. takes time with the patient and does not seem to rush. Dr. Freeman is an excellent doctor! I was very surprised and thankful when he personally returned my call to answer a question. He is very thorough and friendly. His staff is also very helpful and friendly. I feel great to be in such good hands. I actually like to visit my doctor now. I know I am not just another patient here. Thank you very much. I had to move from Yuma due to family reasons. I have never had a relationship with a Dr. that was more cherished than the time I got to spend with Dr Freeman. I really felt like I connected with him on a level that exceeded being therapeutic, but very healing to my soul. I felt drawn to tell him everything about my life, and I felt that he really cared about me. he also was an excellent doctor. But, again, find much joy in the fact that he indeed is a fine, fine person, and his compassion alone is a huge difference maker in the lives of those he touch. I will always consider him as a brother, even if I never see him again. Thank you for making a difference in my life with your sincerity and compassion. I'm very happy how you try to make it convenient to come see you in the evenings. (It it hard to find someone that is also willing to be available after hours!!!) Thank you! I have been very satisfied with the approach Dr. Freeman has taken in managing my medical problems. I have recommended him to my friends and family. I first met him at Urgent care in Yuma when he treated my ear, and throat infection. I felt better the next day. I have a lot of faith in his approach with managing health problems. Dr. Freeman is an excellent doctor. Very insightful, informative a personable. He found a condition that had eluded several other doctors. Everything is great! I really enjoy visiting you office. The office staff is great and always so eager to help. I really like the fact that Dr. Freeman takes time with his patients and listens to our concerns. Thank yoU. I love the attitude of both staff and doctor! Dr. Freeman believes in treating the complete patient and makes sure that you have NO questions when you leave his office. His use of technology is so helpful. You leave the office with a print out as to what you reported your concerns are as well as the course of treatment. I like the fact that Dr. Freeman ask questions and probes further into whatever is bothering you. He doesn't leave any stone unturned! My insurance recently changed and I am so disappointed that Dr. Freeman is not in my network. I am petitioning my insurance company to accept him. He is the best doctor I have ever been too. He is so caring and great with attention to detail on my family's health. Dr. Freeman is very patient, friendly, and spends enough time with me as patient during office visits. He provides patients with his personal cell phone number for after hours questions (no other doctor does this in town). He personally calls me when he receives lab test results. His office staff is very friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Dr. Freeman's office is very modern. He uses the latest technology for his record keeping and prescription filling. I respect Dr. Freeman for the way he performs his profession. He is a very good example of a healthy and caring person. He is the best! Other doctor in Yuma should learn from Dr. Freeman. Very nice Dr and staff, they answered all my questions and concerns sand got me feeling better in a jiffy. In my opinion Dr. Freeman is the best doctor in Yuma. Till now Dr. Freeman has been one of the best doctors I've had... And probably the best one there is. He listens and is always willing to help and give good advice... Dr. Freeman is efficient, interested and caring. He makes me care about taking better care of my health. He is available 24/7 to patients and I have found this a life saver in one such instance on a weekend out of town. I hate his"talking scale" but otherwise I find him to be an exceptional Dr. I came to him after he left a clinic as I was impressed with services he had provided at the urgent care clinic and am very satisfied with his medical services. I recommend him highly. This Office has been great. From the Doc to the Office staff. They always are so friendly and very happy to help... I'm treated like one of the family. Dr. Freeman is great to have as a doctor. He is very caring and knowledgeable. I like the fact that he is a "straight shooter" meaning he tells you like it is, even if you don't like it. Dr. Freeman is a very caring individual that in my opinion, may be the best MD in Yuma. He opted out of our new provider network for YABC insurance (City of Yuma Insurance) so I've found another Doctor-UNFORTUNATELY! If you want a doctor that will treat you with respect and truly care about you-Dr. Freeman is your man! Great Listener, very responsive and really cares for his patients. Dr Freeman is an outstanding Dr. He is very thorough and caring. If you need to be seen he will make time to see you that day. If there is an emergency he is available to his patients after hours and on weekends. Dr, Freeman would still be our Primary Physician if he had not opted out of Medicare. Without insurance that he would accept, we can't afford him. Dr. Freeman is a great doctor, he is easy to talk too and listens to you. Dr. Freeman is willing to treat the "whole patient". He understands that so many ailments are connected. He was able to help me with joint pain, allergies and my migraines. I appreciated being able to leave his office with a computer print out of what we discussed and what the next step was in my treatment. Excellent doctor who practices what he preaches in health care. He gives good medical advice and takes his time making sure you understand any concerns. The Entire Office Staff Is Courteous And Kind. They Always Get You In And Remember Your Name. Dr. Freeman Is A Straight Forward Dr. With A Great Bedside Manner. He Pulls No Punches And Diagnosis Is Explained In Lay Terms So The Patient Understands The Condition Or Problem. I Frequently Refer New Patients Because I Have Faith In His Ability As A Physician And The Office Staff. Dr. Freeman is very thorough and personable. It is always easy to get an appointment and questions answered over the phone when necessary. Always finds time to get you in even if it's after hours. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his diagnosis of patient. As a patient, you never feel rushed as if someone else was waiting to see him. He will spend as much time as you want and never feels like you are asking too much of him when you have questions. Want A Doctor That Knows Who You Are? Dr. Freeman and his staff take the time with a patient so as to make you feel like a patient, not just a number. All of them work FOR you. Awesome Doctor, Dr. Freeman is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. Dr. Freeman is the only doctor that I will see in Yuma. He accurately diagnosis health problems. He is genuine and takes the time required to help. Exceptional Care, Dr Freeman is a wonderful practitioner who has given my family wonderful care the past 3 years. My daughters who are 18 and19 find comfort in his bedside manner and we appreciate his office staff. Dr Freeman has often gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Dr. Freeman uses modern medical equipment to check our health/issues. Dr. Freeman is knowledgeable on medical issues and treat our health professionally. I have strongly recommended him whoever ask for referral or seeking a medical family doctor. Best in Yuma, I am so excited that I was introduced to Dr. Freeman by a colleague. He is caring, professional and accurate. As long as he is in town he has my vote of confidence. I was so happily surprised at the amount of time Dr. Freeman spent with me on my initial visit and how willing he was to listen to my input on my condition. I left feeling very confident in his ability and have hope that we'll get to the bottom of this problem. I was extremely impressed with his staff also. They're very friendly and open without losing their professionalism... a rare quality. Dr. Freeman also was so thorough, that I felt I was getting a Dr. who cared about the health of his clients, not just one who was bored with his profession, nor egotistical about his own knowledge, though I do have great faith in his knowledge. He told me many things in many areas of which I was unaware. In short, I was very impressed and so glad I found this Dr. and his staff! The entire office staff, including Dr Freeman, is courteous, smart, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I feel like I am well cared for, this office is simply genuine. The girls are always available for me to speak with, as is Dr Freeman. The level of medical care is excellent, and I am always seen the same day as I call if I am in need of medical attention. Dr Freeman is an excellent Dr with a bed side manner that all Dr's should strive for. He is easy to talk with, and explains things in a way that I can understand. Hi medical directives are clear; he provides wonderful care for me and my family. Dr. Freeman's staff is friendly and you will always feel welcome. With most doctors your wait is at least 30 minutes, but with Dr. Freeman you will never have to wait too long to receive the best service there is. As a woman, who is most uncomfortable talking about her body, I never feel insecure or afraid to talk about anything with Dr. Freeman. He is dedicated to medicine and his patients and will never let a problem go untreated. He is quick and efficient in diagnosing problems and you will never find yourself going through dozens of medicines or tests to find what the issue is, as long as you are 100% honest with him. He has helped our family immensely and has also helped us all lose weight, encouraging us every step of the way. I recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone! I had lower back pain for couple of years and seen multiple doctors including back specialist with no improvement. When I went to Dr Freeman clinic he diagnosed me prostate infection that was causing my back pain and when treated me with antibiotics my back pain disappeared. I was really impressed with the lovely office. I liked that Dr. Freeman himself came to get me from the waiting room. I feel like am talking to a Dr. when I visited with him, not talking to some sort of a trained machine..! When I talked to him he gives me all his attention and I feel I am the only pt he has that day. He's always with in reach if I ever need him. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. My husband hates to see the Dr, but after I met Dr. Freeman and his staff I knew that if I could get my husband through the door, he would feel at ease with Dr. Freeman and his staff. I WAS RIGHT! My husband does not argue about seeing the DR for routine checkups or when he is really sick and needs medical attention. My kids love Dr. Freeman and his staff. The only thing that could make this a better office is if they had their own lab to do their blood draws and x-rays and such... Other than that, DR FREEMAN AND STAFF ARE AWESOME. Dr. Freeman is the best, in my opinion. His office is well-run, waiting time is minimal, and he takes time to explain health matters to his patients. He is interested in his patients and very knowledgeable and up to date about medicine. The customer service and patient care that Dr. Freeman's Office is outstanding. They take the time to know you and his diagnosis and help to me have been right on the money. I came in without an appointment, and the doctor made time in his schedule to see me, so I didn't have to go to Urgent Care. The whole staff was very nice, and very tolerant of the 3 yr. old I had with me. Dr. Mitch Freeman is the best doctor I've ever had. He spends time with his patients and discuss patients concerns. And if he gives you prescribe meds, he faxes it to your pharmacy, very convenient. So when you get out of his office you're meds is already for pick-up. Importantly, the only Dr. I have so far that I can reach after office hours if I am sick of have questions. Dr. Mitch has been the best doctor I have had in my life. He demonstrated having full general knowledge, but more importantly, took the time to educate me as his patient and to provide me with caring "care" and education on how to treat my symptoms and prevent future ones. Dr. Mitch never seen rushed or ever treated me like a number or a chart, but demonstrated complete genuine care. Dr. Freeman is not only knowledgeable, but he is brutally honest. I love that. He tells you what you need to know and what you need to do. I'm glad that he has opened his practice. I have only the nicest things to say about Dr. Freeman. He is polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and has always correctly diagnosed my problems and has always provided the best care the latest in medications and long term care. He freely offers advice and always kept the healthy balance of professionalism and being personable. He also has shown remarkable ability in choosing his staff. They too, are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and a joy to for them to help me. Of all the doctors I have ever had over the years, he and his staff are my favorite. Believe me, there have been many I have had to see all over the world. And I have never been left in any doubt that I have found the best doctor and one who truly cares about his patients! Three cheers for Dr. Freeman and his staff! As A Television News Anchor And Reporter, I Have Met, Interviewed And Even Used The Services Of Many Doctors. However, Dr. Freeman's Practice Is One That I Cant Speak Enough About, He's Truly Great At What He Does. Dr. Freeman's Staff Gets A High Rating Because They Processed My Appointments And Insurance Needs With Ease And In A Timely Manner. Dr. Freeman Is Always On-Time And I Never Have To Wait For An Appointment Or Face Delays During A Visit. Overall He Cares And That's What I Like About Him: I Feel Like A Person Or Friend To Him Rather Than Just A Number On His Daily List Of Appointments. He's Always Been Helpful With Useful Information On How To Remedy My Ailments And Knowledgeable On Health Conditions And Medications: Which Ones Are Safe And Which Ones May Have Adverse Effects. I Have Had Many Good Doctors In My Lifetime, But There's Only A Few Of Them I Consider Great And Dr. Freeman Is Definitely One Of Them Without Question. Dr. Freeman's staff has always been professional and very pleasant on each and every visit to which my husband and I have been. They seem genuinely involved in our care. Our wait time is exceptional, as doctor visits go and the office atmosphere is quite pleasant. Dr. Freeman has been absolutely wonderful! We both count ourselves very lucky to have found him and have gladly dropped all other doctors off our list of caretakers. He has shown a true interest in our health care and answers all of our questions in a no-nonsense way without all the PC B.S. we've become so used to these days. He goes above and beyond what I've ever seen any other doctor do in my life of GP's, Pediatricians, GYN's, OB's, and so-called Specialists, and any other caretaker I've had to deal with for myself, my husband and my kids! I would recommend him and his staff wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a General Practitioner with a positive attitude toward progressive healthcare and a wonderful sense of humor! The best you can not ask for someone more caring, professional and accurate. I had a daughter seeing a specialist for almost two years and they could not figure out what she had. Within two visits with him he accurately diagnosed her and we saw complete health change. In addition when we were on vacation and she became ill we called him and he immediately spoke to the doctor and explained what he wanted done. You can't ask for a better doctor. Dr. Freeman is very thorough and is up to date on the latest medical information. He and his staff have a caring and professional manner. I feel very comfortable to have him as my Doctor. I am glad to find a doctor that practices preventative health care instead of waiting until a problem comes and then try to fix it. He looks at the entire medical history and not just a part of the history. Since I have been going to Dr. Freeman, I have been the healthiest ever. My main issue with previous physicians has always been seeing the doctor at his schooled time. With Dr. Freeman I see him at my scheduled time +/- 10 minutes and feel very comfortable with his service as well as his staff. My visit was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant and the entire staff was personable and professional. I'm very satisfied and appreciated the level and more importantly the quality of care that I received. Great job!
