Tdap - Adacel vaccine is indicated for active booster immunization for the prevention of tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis as a single dose in persons 11 to 64 years of age. MMR II - It is a live virus vaccine given to people 1 year old or older. It works by helping the immune system protect you or your child from getting measles, mumps or rubella. Gardasil - A vaccine used for girls and women 9 to 26 years of age to help protect against the following diseases caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV): Cervical cancer, vulvar and vaginal cancers, anal cancer, genital warts, pre-cancerous cervical, vaginal, vulvar and anal lesions. A vaccine used for boys and men 9 to 26 years of age to help protect against the following diseased caused by (HPV): Anal cancer, genital warts and pre-cancerous anal lesions. Pneumovax 23 - It is a vaccine that helps you from infection by certain germs or bacteria which are called pneumococcus. Pneumovax is for people 50 years of age and older. Also for 2 years of age and older if they have certain medical conditions that put them at increased risk for infection. Tuberculin PPD - (TB Tine test) Administered intradermally as an aid in the diagnosis of Tuberculosis. Menactra - Meningitis prevention - This vaccine is indicated for active immunization to prevent invasive meningococcal disease caused by N meningitides serogroups A, C, Y and W-135. Menactra. Zostavax - Shingles prevention - The same virus that causes chickenpox also causes Shingles. The virus stays in your body and can later resurface as Shingles - a painful, blistering rash. This is a vaccine used for adults 50 years of age or older to prevent Shingles (also known as zoster).
